As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Beauty at the Beach

Two pictures with Mickey Mouse but THREE kisses from him.
Yes, it's true.  I met him today at a special breakfast party I attended.
I also met Pluto.
 It was Mama N's birthday so the whole family traveled
to a special birthday breakfast to celebrate it.
I was so happy today.
My belly was so happy from the keto-friendly breakfast 
and my soul was so happy from being surrounded by family.

The weather was gorgeous, the company was even more gorgeous, and we entertained and amused ourselves via snapping so many pictures.

 Having fun and flexing in the sunset, nice.
 This was my favourite picture of the day, sitting there on the beach.
That little girl running in the picture is my niece.
She's a shy little one that's so super gorgeous and so very sweet.
