As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Working from Morning to Morning

Kicked my morning off in the early morning, training this fierce female.
My mission... well, this and a hell of a lot more I want to aspire to be and to do.
But until then, I'm inspiring other women via training them hard.
And in totally unrelated news, Balboa experienced his first real fun in the snow play time today where he was basically thigh-high in the snow.  At first he was totally confused but once he realized he could eat it, he was loving it.  His love only lasted for as long as he could withstand the chilly temps though.  We don't have snow like this in Korea.
This is fabulous, I just have to put it out there.
Goats in Trees, the calendar!!!
I saw this tonight while working away at the FedEx Office with my printing and those who know me well know just how much I love, love, LOVE goats!!!  We had a special guest at my boxing club in Korea for awhile there, a black little baby goat.
My favourite kind of goat is what people have come to nickname as being "the fainting goat".  Google it.  It's nothing sure of pure awesomeness and fabulousness mixed into one little four-legged creature.
