As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Always About Buiness... Sunday, January 15

Today's Schedule:
11:00am      Church service at Grant AME.
1:30pm        Lunch out.
3:00pm        Nap/relax time at home.
5:30pm        Weight training at Systems Fitness.
7:00pm        Get my head shaved (just the one half).
8:30pm        Go to Snakes & Lattes to do work -- PT planning and business proposal.
1:20am        Arrive home and go to sleep.

Five hours on entrepreneur work but a full two hours of rest and relaxation time at home.  Two FULL hours?!  Either I was slacking off or being gracious with treating myself to some down time, either way I usually am go, go, go with juggling my training and enterpreneur stuff.

Business is always on the brain though.

This week's business goals:
  1. Resign two PT clients.
  2. Sign the contract with a new PT client.
  3. Start the visa papers at the Filipino Consulate.
  4. Put together the budget for my Second Dream.
  5. Figure out Balboa's required vaccinations for the Philippines.
  6. Confirm pre-Philippine's one month stay accommodation.
