Hit the weights with the big boys showing us all how it's done.
Mad respect for them but see that big dude with the Superman tee on, that's probably the biggest teddy bear walking around the gym. Recently I voiced an issue to him about this older guy who has been really creeping me out. He asked me if I wanted him to help. I thought about it but I think he'd give the guy a heart attack!
I trained legs today and had a wicked workout despite noting that I'm getting increasingly nosious when I train legs. I've upped some of the weights, shortened the rest time in between sets and have incorporated tempo training into my reps.
The day was going so productively until this happened... Pizza Pizza.
I guess I could be sarcastic here and say I had a super productive cheat meal. Dang can my little Polska body pack a mean half pizza... AND ice cream!!!
