As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Putting in the Time and Effort

Every day I'm hustlin... the hustlin is real.  It's real hard, real challenging and real draining but I know nothing worth it comes without a struggle and the struggle is a part of the story.
Today I headed to the condo down by the lake to train two of my fabulous female clients.  This is the pool in the condo.  Every time I come here I see it and every time I see it I want to just totally jump in it and splash around.  It's so pretty.
Returned to training tonight at Clancy's.  Haven't been able to get out this way since I finished coaching Team Blue.  Ironically enough, tonight two of Team Red's fighters joined me at training, nice.  Glad to see they've kept it up.
