As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Possible Possibility... Thursday, September 7

I think I've found the missing link to what I've been trying to create -- a possible prospect for the business partner role I was considering and trying to fill in.  I got a few leads on a few females, some solid recommendations, but one of them I ended up giving the chase over because, well, I don't chase anyone nor to I care to partner up with someone I have to chase as such, another was "too busy" which only meant in my head that my business would never be a priority in her head, and a couple of others that for this reason or that just didn't fit.

But tonight I think I found "her".

I can't really reveal who is this "her" but I met her once before.  I was under the assumption that she had her own thing going on and that maybe she couldn't commit but she has since reached out to me with various leads on things and then tonight I talked to her.  It was a conversation with my main business mentor that confirmed it.

I think she's the one.
