Dropped by Sparta today.
I was personally escorted there by one of the super sweet staff
of TV5 actually, how's that for the royal treatment.
The simplicity of the training facility, this particular part of it, is definitely not a reflection of just
how intense I've been told they train you here. If I lived closer I would try a class out.
My last meeting of the day was with this gorgeous gal. A lady who is as adorable sweet as she is fierce and determined. She's quite the successful entrepreneur and I have much respect for her.
Ended a very long day with a short but super intense functional weight training workout.
Leave it to my buddy here to show me who has the real bicep separation here... wow.
Thank God for investing in getting a food company to prepare and deliver my meals.
I ate most of my meals in the back of my various Uber rides today. I simply packed my meals in my bag but I snapped a picture of this one today and posted it online.
Arrived home after finally completing my jam-packed day and discovered that my picture of my Yummy Diet meal had made it's way onto Yummy Diet's Instagram page and in their Instagram Stories... very cool. Food is really important, not just for me as a trainer but for everyone, and I do really enjoy the meals Yummy Diet has been sending me.
