As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Workaholic's Typical Thursday

The calm before the storm.
Every Thursday I got out for breakfast, it's my way of spending some quality, quiet time
before I buckle down to work and just kill it.
Worked away at making a new business card for not only myself but also my partner-in-crime, Coach Farah.  This isn't the finalized version of my new business card but I wanted to post a preview.
The plan is to add some more writing on the front and then, later
when we launch the website, to add that too.
Published a quick little ad about Empowered and then shared it on social media.
I started the week with 86 members in the Empowered Clubhouse Facebook group page and had made it one of this week's goals to reach 100.  Today we reached 122... FANTASTIC!
