As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Sweat and Success

When you get an unexpected box of new gear sent to you from Korea but have to wait to test it out... so you wear it around the house, naturally. I don't know if Balboa is confused or not surprised, considering he knows me.
I'm in no competition with anyone but myself and here lies the old me, the me that walked in tired today for boxing but left feeling back to her bada$$ self and so much stronger. You can literally draw an outline around my old self, dannnnnng.
My "I'm-not-impressed" look after I confusion of things meant I couldn't go to my
business meeting tonight and then had to head out to BGC after 10pm.
Viola, The Refined, by Skittles.  It's not yet totally done but it's gorgeous and incredibly masculine looking.  I'm totally in love with all the black leather and just how rich it feels.  Jealous entrepreneur right here, me, hence why I didn't even pop a pose with all it's awesomeness.
