I was craving my morning coffee, needing my breakfast, and still sporting mad bedhead when suddenly I noticed what was starring back at me -- my Empowered flyer!!!
This is the revised flyer that iBrandU made for Empowered. It's a double-sided flyer with my BoxHIIT advertised on the other side. I threw this picture of me holding the flyer online and offered a free boxing class to any lady who got my flyer today. The free class is theirs if they post a picture of them holding my flyer.
No photoshop needed for Supreme Diet's meals, and Yummy Diet's meals too for that matter.
Yes, the meals do look like the pictures posted online and, trust me, they taste just as good as you imagine.
A workout without the work is just an out but I'm always in... intense, in pain, insanely sweaty.
