As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Longest Friday Ever

Had a funeral out of town to attend to today so I was up and out of the house by about 7am.
Snickers paying respect to his grandmother.
He lit a cigarette for her, poured her a Cola and offered her some of her favourite snack.
Upon returning to BGC, I then had to rush and get ready for my 4pm meeting.  I was meeting with my business development partner first and then we had an investor's meeting at 5pm.
I wasn't able to go to boxing today, too much going on and by the time I finished my investor meeting and then talked to one of my business mentors about it over at The Refined, it was getting late.  Ended up being treated to some of my favourite food ever -- spareribs!
It had been a long gruelling day that had started at 6am and didn't end till about 8pm.  So sitting down on the curb side for some amazingly delish street food was perfect.  I finally got a chance to breath and relax.
