As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Boxing Business, Boxing, and Coaching Boxing

Decided I had to get out of the house, so that's what I did.  I took my work and headed over to
High Street to sit at a coffee shop and work.  Balboa joined me, of course.
Am putting this out into the universe because the universe has a way of returning what you put out into it.  One day I will adopt a big, bold, beautiful girl.  Not this specific girl but a similar gorgeous gal.  I'll be adopting a four-legged this year.  She'll be my partner-in-crime at Empowered but she'll also be the much-needed companion for Balboa.
Training at Elite also means random silly pictures when I leave my phone lying around.
Breaking out into beast mode.  I love this hydro bag, I'm serious.  Best heavy bag ever!!!

I had a small team of Empowered sisters to coach tonight at my boxing club.
Small group or big group, it doesn't make a difference to me.  I love coaching them.
