As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

New Threads and Badass Babes

With a coffee in hand, I stood in line to get into the mall at opening time and then I stood in line at the cinema to get a ticket.  Looks like we're going to the movies tonight, nice.

Scored some new threads today for training... love them!!!
I got the insider's scoop from a new gal pal who runs a local shop and today I picked up some amazing high waisted leggings and a badass girl gang crop top.
Are we badass because we box or do we box because we're badass?!  That is the question.
I think these girls are pretty badass and fabulous.
Tonight's tools for badassery in the making.
And the scene where it all went down.  See those white markers, they're station cones.
Six stations, two rounds each, for a total of 12 rounds of badassery boxing in the park with the ladies.
