As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Positive Vibes All Day Long

Better than yesterday, it's inked on my arm because it's always been the motto I lived my life by.
It was the motto I gave Hulk's in Korea too.
It's easier to better yourself when you surround yourself with others who are pushing you to better yourself on a daily bases.  That's what I have at Team Insider.
Big props to this little lady, throwing big punches on the padwork with Coach Adamson.
Props to the big guy here too, taking on Coach Mercelo in the ring.
Even I haven't yet dared to step in the ring with him.
And just when I thought I was done with boxing for the day, I got called to The Refined.
The staff there knew there was a man I "just had to meet" -- Tony Reyes, WBC Vice Chairman.
I met his whole crew.  Thanks to The Refined for introducing me to them all
and thanks to them for sparing me some of the time today.
