As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

This Girl is on Fire... Wednesday, June 13

I was definitely in boss babe, take-on-everything-at-once mode today with killing it at boxing, slaying it at weight training, and then attacking life as an entrepreneur.  And then, if that wasn't enough, I took the stairs home after weight training because I was suppose to do a full body workout but only had done upper body and core.

I slayed the day, that's for sure.

There are days like today when I feel unstoppable and I AM unstoppable.  I load up my schedule with a zillion and one things to do.  And then there are days when I struggle to even get my butt to boxing.  I'd like to think there are more unstoppable-me days than struggling-me days but some weeks they balance each other out.

Not much to write about today because I went at super full speed and didn't really have time to stop and breath let alone digest what I was doing.  I juggled a lot.

My day started at 7am and I didn't actually put my head down to sleep till about 2am.

I was on fire!!!
