As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

To The Rescue

I didn't have boxing today but I had a meeting at the boxing club and I wanted to drop off a
pair of the Exclusive Slay gloves to Coach Marcelo.
His gloves are officially the first pair of gloves from this order, from the finalization of my design.
My business meeting today consisted of going over the design samples with one of my design team members.  I've been working with her for awhile now but today was actually the first time we met in person.  Awesome gal and I love, love, LOVE her energy!!!
Discovered a little problem today and it left me feeling so incredibly disappointed.
The Philippine flag is upside down... do you know what that means though?!
The crew over at Market Market are amazing and today they definitely were the heroes of the day!
This team, honestly and in all seriousness, are the best crew of workers I have ever met in my life.  Every thing and any thing I've ever given them to work on, they've always done an amazing job, no questions asked and no complications or problems made.
