As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Starting the Week off Super Strong

I'm beginning to think I don't actually have a workout top that doesn't have some kind of overly sarcastic saying on it.  Today's hoodie, definitely one of my top favourites to wear at coaching.
Back in the ring, training hard with Coach Marcelo.
Definitely feeling good at training today.  I didn't make a crazy mixture of espresso and preworkout to mess my training up.  Instead, I only took the Klean Athlete endurance tablets.
I don't really know how you can mess up peanut butter but the ONLY peanut butter I've found that I like is that which is sold at this little street vendor.  Someone took over my dude Jay's peanut cart so Jay's not around but his peanut butter still is.

After coaching and boxing, I returned home feeling exhausted but then had to
walk these two little cuties -- The Button Brothers.
