As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

All Work and No Play

Got interviewed by the Manila Times about my company, Empowered, and you know I just had to get them to put their dukes up for a group shot!
In the evening I attended a business networking event and I rocked a teddy.... a teddy bear phone case that is.  It's the party gift I got from the H&Moschino VIP Party last week.
After the event was done, it was off to meet up for a quick meet & greet with some friends.
Filipinos love their speak easy bars and tonight I visited another -- the Back Room.  I didn't stay for a drink, I didn't even stay long enough to sit down, instead I stayed long enough to agree that this is by far one of the coolest lounges to chillax at.  Plan is to return soon.
