As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Boss Babe on the Go

From a full morning of coaching to a full afternoon of being an entrepreneur, I woke up ready to slay the day and go hard at it in my Slay line tank top.  I always feel extra badass when I wear this.
I showed up extra early for a morning client so I thought I'd "refuel", and by refuel I mean get in some more coffee.  Walked into the coffee shop by her place and BOOM... gorgeous!!!
And speaking of gorgeous, this was the outdoor poolside where I trained a client today.
I love Toronto, don't get me wrong, but the amount of beautiful places I've seen in this country is unreal.  I'm sorry but you'd never find a condo pool in Toronto as pretty as this and this is only but one of many.  I love the crazy amount of lush vegetation.  It's all just so beautiful.
By mid day I was done coaching and in full fledge boss babe mode.
This was my office for part of the day.
