Am officially limiting my water/liquid intake as tomorrow marks my fight weigh-in.
Today, I went from drinking 3Ls of water during training to only 1L.... r-o-u-g-h!!!
Last workout with Coach Marcelo today meant we went light on the pads and just worked on conditioning. No heavy bag and no speed bag, but yes abs.

Sweating it out at Kerry Sports. Their gym is absolute gorgeous but I was too stressed, too focused working on cutting weight to really be able to enjoy it.

Much thanks to Kerry Sports for being always so supportive and for helping me out with my weight cut. Honestly, being able to use their facilities was such a game changer for me.
