As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Small Business Proud

The life of an entrepreneur, those who don't live it simply have no idea.
It's a rollercoaster of a life with many ups and downs.
When you support a small business you support a dream.

...and when you support Empowered Clubhouse you also support the 86 little underprivileged girls I coach and mentor and the community of empowered women I'm creating, and for that I am blessed for you. Thank you.

On this hot Sunday here in the Philippines, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone and anyone who has ever supported this crazy entrepreneurial life that even my own father still shakes his head at.

Whether you've shown your support with liking or sharing my posts, have ever purchased my Slay gear or Lil' Sistas swag, donated to the Lil' Sistas Project, are one of the companies that has sponsored me or helped with the Lil' Sistas Project, entrusted me to be your boxing coach, or you have private messaged me a kind word of encouragement, there isn't enough space here for me to possibly thank you all but you know who you are and so do I.

Mahal kita. 진짜 너무 고마해요... Thank you.
