As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Big Things are Happening in PH

Proud moment this morning when this was sent to me... wow.
More much earned, much deserved media coverage for Skittles.  So proud of him.
Reason 101 why he is my main business mentor and I'm his biggest cheer leader.
Click HERE to read up on his awesomeness.
Launched a promo event with The Six Pack Chef and it went totally viral,... woozers.
Within a few hours, over 300 people had been tagged on it.  Click HERE to check it out.
I'm thinking about adding some additional prizes because, surprisingly enough, it's getting quite competitive with who is tagging and just how many they're tagging.  I never expected this but perhaps I should have put a cap on how many people you can tag... nah, I love how it's unfolding.

Doing some technical work at boxing today, working on my pivot.
And then killing it on legs at tonight's late night weight training.
