As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Empowered Women Worldwide

This picture absolutely warms my heart -- the female boxers from MJKO Boxing Club in Toronto, Canada, writing letters to my Lil' Sistas because they're involved in my Snail Mail Program.
I love it.  I absolutely love, love, LOVE it!!!
I hosted a Free Food Promo event with The Six Pack Chef and today was the day of the big draw.
I threw in three Punch Like a Girl caps from my Lil' Sistas Project, so we had a total of 4 winners.
I was more than pleased when one of my rugby teammates won the grand prize -- a one week food delivery of free meals from The Six Pack Chef.  I'm a huge fan of this company, their food is legit and they don't pray on ignorant clients.  Instead, they're knowledgeable and super helpful.
